Originally a Georgian hunting lodge built for the Sixth Duke of Bedford in the 18th century, the Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is nestled in three acres of secluded rose gardens, in the famous town of Newmarket, Cambridgeshire – the historic home of British horse racing. Whether you’re visiting just for the event or staying overnight, the Bedford Lodge is the perfect blend of old and new; retaining the charm of an exclusive country home, yet with the modern luxury of an exquisite hotel.
You sure can… however, please note that all attendees must purchase a ticket to attend the event.
No. We do not offer discounts for students or charities.
Yes. The Bedford Lodge has a good sized car park. However, it's also used for hotel guests. We recommend arriving at the venue earlier than needed, to be sure at grabbing a spot!
Sure thing. Our first choice would be the Bedford Lodge itself. It's excellent. If you'd prefer something a little more budget friendly, then you have a choice of the Premier Inn, or the Best Western – both within a 10-minute walk to the event venue.
No. We believe that the intimate nature of the 1DayBB event will be completely lost if you were streaming the action live, or watching a video replay. Because of this, no official recording will be taking place at the event.
As this is an intimate live event and tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis – there are no refunds offered if you can't attend. However, you can send someone in your place – just be sure to let our team know their details, prior to the event taking place, by emailing them directly.
All attendees are advised to stay up to date with travel updates and hotel requirements, as these are beyond the control of the organisers.
